With almost 20 years experience in the HR and Leadership field, I am passionate about helping teams and businesses navigate the complexities of employee relations, leadership development, and organisational change.

My career has spanned various sectors, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by different industries. From leadership development programs to performance management to cultural assessments, I provide proactive and strategic HR solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of my clients.

Currently based in Queensland, I have a down-to-earth, approachable style that seems to resonate with small and medium-sized businesses.
